The company is creating the stra-tegic foundation to accommodate these developments by bringing together two leading technologies – Miss Marple by amando, and SAM2GO by COMPAREX – alongside the licensing excellence provided by the COMPAREX experts. The newly established team of SAM experts from both companies will enable COMPAREX to provide first-class know-how in response to rising customer demand.

amando software has recorded year-on-year growth of 30 percent in each of the last two years. COMPAREX provides the right framework for amando to take this growth to a new level, and to assert its position in a rapidly developing market. COMPAREX can provide the resources to enable further development of the amando technology, and hence to secure technology leadership. Moreover, it will allow existing amando customers to draw on a substantially broader spectrum of services, while also ensuring a rapid alignment and scaling of service levels to meet the demands of international competition.
