COMPAREX Wins Two EMEA Awards at VMware Partner Exchange 2012
The COMPAREX Group has been named the EMEA recipient of two VMware Partner Network Awards in the categories Infrastructure Virtualization Partner of the Year and Government Partner of the Year by VMware. The awards were presented at VMware Partner Exchange 2012, VMware’s annual partner event, on Feb. 14 in Las Vegas, Nev. The awards once more confirm the COMPAREX Group’s leading role in virtualization and cloud solutions based on VMware technologies. In 2011, COMPAREX was presented with the VMware EMEA Infrastructure Virtualization Competency Award.

COMPAREX Acquires Indian Software and Services Expert IRIS Unified Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The COMPAREX Group has taken another strategic step forward in pursuit of its international growth strategy by acquiring Indian software consulting and technology services specialist IRIS Unified Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The acquisition, closed on October 14th, follows the foundation by COMPAREX of an Indian subsidiary in Delhi earlier this year as part of its expansion in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. It is planned that IRIS will operate under the COMPAREX brand. The new company will focus on leveraging the significant potential of the Indian market for the COMPAREX Group. IRIS Managing Director Navin Kapur and his leadership team will continue to head the merged Indian organization with more than 70 employees.

PC-WARE Group continues to grow in Asia and Southeast Europe: subsidiaries established in India and Serbia
The PC-WARE Group has successfully completed the formation of two subsidiaries, in India and Serbia, initiated at the beginning of the year. In doing so, the ICT service provider has taken another step forward in its strategic efforts to drive international growth and has now extended its regional presence to 28 countries in total. The portfolios of the two newly established subsidiaries PC-WARE India Private Limited and COMPAREX d.o.o. (Serbia) encompass services relating to the Group's software and data centre divisions.
