    This level is offered by appropriately trained specialists in a 24-hour national support center. This allows us to guarantee the continuity of your company's activities.
  • Level 2: COMPAREX Competence Center
    National experts in the support center are able to consult scientists at the COMPAREX Competence Center to develop an optimal solution. The knowledge of the Competence Center is very extensive as it not only covers issues involving a single solution; it is also capable of supporting an entire infrastructure including many devices from different manufacturers.
  • Level 3: Specialist from the Supplier
    If a failure concerns one specific device, COMPAREX will provide a specialist from the supplier. The specialist has extensive knowledge of the equipment and will repair or replace the device in an optimal timeframe.
