Key Account Manager

With a new business strategy leading our future development, we are excited to be recruiting some fresh talent to help build our business, both in Finland and globally. Based in our Helsinki office this is an external role where the Key Account Manager will be visiting customers and partners.

You will be responsible for the direct acquisition of new accounts in Finland. This is a customer-facing role, with accountability for the delivery of annual business gross profit targets. You will have the support of a global organization to leverage our unique Dynamic Global Sourcing model.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Proactively attract new accounts and develop a portfolio of business clients and prospect groups to build profitable market share in key software and services lines of business
• Identify licensing and service sales opportunities within new client accounts
• Assist clients in the completion of license contracts and agreements, including non-standard agreements.
• Present, manage and action COMPAREX own-brand solutions.
• Work with the specialist and services teams within COMPAREX to maximize customer software solutions value.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all vendor licensing and cloud programs

Qualifications & Specifications
• To have a consultative approach to solution-based selling,
• Ability to confidently deliver client-facing presentations and documentation to a high standard, and the ability to communicate to a C-level audience.
• Knowledge of systems such as CRM, Microsoft Explore and Microsoft Dynamics is a benefit
• Several years experience in a similar services environment.
• Microsoft Certified Professional and certifications from other partner licensing programs, such as VMware, Adobe, Citrix and Veeam is a benefit
• Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
