In doing so, COMPAREX is expanding the subsidiaries’ service proposition, with good prospects in the Finnish and Norwegian markets in particular. Leipzig / Vienna, 16.11.2017 – This week the Supervisory Board of COMPAREX AG unanimously decided to reorganize the Management Board. Dr. Thomas Reich will take over the position of the Chairman of the Board (CEO). Marc Betgem will continue in his office as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The former Supervisory Board Chairman Wilhelm Doupnik will transfer into the Management Board as Chief Operations Officer (COO). In addition, Thomas Bargetzi will support the Management Board as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) starting in January 2018.
