According to Microsoft, by transforming calling and meetings experiences, Intelligent Communications extend beyond unified communications to enable customers to complete tasks more efficiently with minimal context switching; participate in more productive meetings that span the entire meetings’ lifecycle; and better manage everyday communications overload.
To bring the Intelligent Communications vision to life, comprehensive calling and meetings capabilities will be folded into , along with data and insights from the Microsoft Graph and a robust roadmap of innovation to empower teams to achieve more. As these capabilities are developed, Microsoft Teams will evolve as the primary client for Intelligent Communications in Microsoft Teams , replacing the current Office 365 client over time.
