Office 365 is your Office from the cloud – but it is also much more than that. In Office 365 E3 and E5, Office 365 ProPlus is included, which is your known Office suite (with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) that can be installed on up to 5 PCs per licensed user.
Additionally, it allows the use of Office mobile apps on up to 5 smartphones and 5 tablets (meaning a maximum of 15 installations). Additionally, Office 365 E3 and E5 include the Office servers as Online Services:, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/ Skype for Business Online plus online storage in OneDrive for Business. Customers can decide if they want to use the Online Services or if users should access on premises servers. Each Licensed User assigned a Microsoft 365 E3/E5 User licenses may also install any number of copies of Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, and Skype for Business Server on any Server dedicated to the customer’s use (not available via Microsoft Cloud Solutions provided by COMPAREX). Thanks to CAL-equivalent use rights, every user licensed with M365 E3 or E5 may access those server installations.
