COMPAREX is looking for an Inside Sales in Bucharest

Our new colleague will be part of the sales team; will work closely with account managers, in a sales environment having as main role delivering quotes to the customer in respect of SLA satisfaction and to maximizing profitability on the assigned accounts.



  • Maximize profitability through promotion of COMPAREX portfolio to the assigned customer base

  • Dealing with daily customer quote requests

  • Regular calls to the assigned customer base in order to follow up pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets

  • Identification of new opportunities and developments of existing customers

  • Proactively maintain and develop the customer relationship



  • Experience and advanced knowledge in software licensing sales and services, including software licensing programs

  • A proven record in a software sales account management, in particular with Microsoft volume licensing

  • Well organized and focus on priorities fixed by the management

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office

  • Excellent customer relationship skills

  • Persistent, good listener, self-motivated

  • Result oriented and rigorous

  • Be comfortable in a computer environment

  • Fluency in French and English is a must - spoken and written

  • Used to work with CRM systems

  • Meet metrics and objectives set by the direct manager

  • Previous experience with other Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider is a plus

  • First level university degree, preferably in business, economics, or other applicable fields; may have advanced university degree
